It should be noted that the hotfix on GOG has not yet been QA tested, and will not be until Monday. As such, the patch has been uploaded "as is" and should be used at your own discretion.
And the hotfix is Windows only.
I can confirm after looking through the .json files that most updates that were mentioned in the changelog have not occured.
I can't vouch for all of the changes in the short time I've spent with the new build, but the new combat idles for the Crusader and Occultist are there, and the Madman's Accusation certainly does inflict Horror now.

It seems the final hotfix was implemented but the previous ones were not. Sanguine Vintners still doesn't work, Crocodilian still heals on Submerge, Baron quest is color coded for Champion instead of Veteran, Blood is super rare, etc.
Hm, interesting. I wonder if it's the same on Steam or if it's just exclusive to us?

One thing I don't understand is the gripe about blood being too rare. Even before all the hotfixes (build #19990) blood seemed to be fairly abundant for me. I started a new game with the DLC and the very first battle in the Ruins against 2 Bone Rabbles yielded 2 blood. One of my later runs I ended up with 5 or 6.
Just to let everyone know, Red Hook is aware of the bug issues and is working to resolve them.
Figured it out. The *patch(?) only addresses the main game not the DLC. I reinstalled the DLC after downloading the latest copy and all the fixes seem to be in place.

[EDIT] *If you download the full game and overwrite the old install you must also reinstall the DLC. Not sure if the patch installs the DLC fixes or not as I did a full reinstall with the main game because I was archiving at the time. Obviously wouldn't be an issue with Steam since updating is automatic.

If you want to be safe, reinstall the DLC.

And still, the districts_districts.json doesn't contain any reference to Sanguine Vintners. There's not even a DIRECTORY for Sanguine Vintners in the features/districts/fx subdirectory.
Same for the Crocodilian, even on a new game he still heals 12 hp when submerged.
However, the color code for the Baron mission is brown (Veteran).

And yes, I downloaded and installed the full game and then the full DLC. Thrice.

I haven't faced another croc in my games yet. The Sanguine Vintners produces blood now. I thought the vintners missing from the .json was the reason it wasn't working but it's not even there in the working version. The data is probably stored somewhere else or under a different name. Does the vintner still work for you?

Up to now I used an old save and the Vintners didn't work (I turned all the features on, of course... Flagellant was there, Districts were there but the Vintners didn't work after I built them). I have started a new game where I found that the Croc is stil bugged but I have not unlocked the Districts yet.
At the very least I can guarantee that on an old save, Vintners don't work even with a full reinstall of both game and DLC... and it's not the only bug. For example, subtitles are missing from the Intro and the Crimson Court video (the one which plays after finishing the first Courtyard Quest), but curiously the Intro HAS subtitles when viewed from the Ancestor's Memoirs.

Yep, I just tested it. Did the same steps as TheWraith but with a new save, and at least the croc is still bugged. Didn't test the rest, but I noticed that The Blood is more abundant now.
I finally unlocked the Vintners and with the fresh Savefile... they work !

Now I have to check one final thing. I still have an old save pre-DLC which was NOT converted when the unpatched version came out (19968); I want to see if activating the DLC with this working version I can use the Vintners even there. If that were the case it means that the culprit was 19968 all this time (which maybe messed with the file even if the Districts were not unlocked yet on the Load screen); otherwise it means that only a clean start can bypass the glitch at the moment.

And yes, the Blood is decidedly more common with this new save file; I know that the RNG is finicky and all, but there's a HUGE difference between my current campaign and the previous one...

EDIT: Yes, Vintners work even with the old, untouched save game. So basically it was 19968 which corrupted the save files.

Hi Guys,

I noticed that Steam has Build 20131 which updated 2 days ago (June 26th). GOG is still on Build 20108. Any idea when the new update will be coming?

Jeff
3 days now that this patch is on steam.
The release/patch follow up of this game on gog is execrable.
