UPDATE:

I don't know what had happened, but I made a new save and it worked fine.
Maybe the save got corrupted or it didn't like the fact I used the default save name..
I hope this can help someone else in the future.

Hi All,

I am unable to save and load the game properly.
I'm on Windows 10 home 64bit.
If I try to load a saved game I get a message
"Save out of sync

There may be further info in the file 'tactics.log'"
So I look in tactics log.

Did you by any chance alter the game in any way? I had renamed my music file to offmusic in order to turn off the music. The music indeed did not play but saving and loading crashed the game with an error in the tactics folder. Returning the music folder to the initial naming allowed me to save and load.

Yes!!! this error on windows 10, after saving and loading game!!!
Not help path comunity for all version game, not help GOG!!!

I don't know what had happened, but I made a new save and it worked fine.
