Go to Nvidia control panel and change your desktop resolution to 1024x768. I just thought to post this in case anyone else was having the same trouble as me. Also I use the following compatibility settings on the shortcuts provided after installation:

>Disable display scaling
>Run as administrator
^Both shadowhand expansion and original exe shortcuts provided by the installation not user made.

I do not ask it to run with compatibility for any other windows versions.
