When I want to start it asks for cd and the game starts in strange colours. I tried the unofficial path but that one doesnt work.I got win 7 64 bit. I hope i didnt bought this for nothing. Anyone had the ame problem?

I had the same problem a couple of years ago. Have you tried the regular fixes (compatability)?
Have you tried F4llouts colourfix from this thread?
