Got into my first fight, was rolling and selecting the dice and hitting end round. And my people never did anything. I got wiped because of it.

Well I finally actually was able to finish one expedition fully. Was 54 points behind the leader and i had my mummy worth 100 washed away right before reaching the last pyramid. And mind you, it was brutal. Being chased by natives trying to kill me, even missionaries asking me for tribute to sleep, losing all but 1 guy I had just picked up, eating my dog. This is the easiest setting? Extremely brutal...and extremely repetitive. I wanted to like it. But there is just a lack of content here.

It does go far deeper, there is a lot to do and a lot of surprises. I've been playing this since it was first on GoG and have played through the different versions. I am really hooked on this. Highly addictive I thought.

There are different modes so you can choose an easier one which is quite gentle. Keep at it, the depth is there and when you see it, you will be amazed.

LOL. You have no reason to complain! I died 1 (yes, ONE!) step away from final golden pyramid on last adventure... On normal difficulty lvl. Why? because I was too lazy to unpack my tent... What could happen if I make just one step without sanity, right? Dropped dead right on pyramid steps... Had 3 moon stones.

I am playing this game only for few days only -- that was my first shot at completing adventure...

Why would anybody ever read anything that's outdated in a mere month..?
No doubt such things are trash to begin with.

You disagree? Don't go on expedition then. Those are about things that matter thousands of years later.
