Ever since I heard about it, I've always wanted to try the debug menu in Cuphead, however, I'm strictly reduced to using the WIndows 10 version. I've managed access to the game's files, but I cannot rename level7 to level0 because the files are encrypted and I can't decrypt them. Any help?
