I never knew they released their public build. Seems they're going to release by the end of the year.

Have you heard about some good and recent graphical and/or AI improvement mods?

Sorry I don't have links, I only have an old Crysis folder with a bunch of mod files (and I've long since deleted my Crysis install because I eventually messed it up to much lol). I remember mixed them using the parts I liked the most. Still doing an image search of the names should give you an idea of what they look like and maybe a place to get them.

One of the things I do remember liking that i still have a screenshot of was a water mod for Crysis, might have been from Xzero but it was so long ago I can't say for certain and I tried so many things.

Also if Crysis 2 ever appears be sure to check out MaLDoHD, that's a great texture upgrade.

I have over 7GB of Crysis mods from the past 9 years. I might try to document everything for the community. Lots of these mods are rare to find on the internet if they haven't vanished already.
My favs are the mods from Xigmatek who made a lot of funky and nice weapon mods. If you know the Real Nukes and Seraphim Nukes than you know Xigmatek's mods. ;)

For some reason I seem to remember I've searched many hours for the FX 2.0 but never managed to get my hands on it. I wonder if it was ever released.
