I got a Freesync monitor yesterday and so far this is the only game I can't get it to work with. Is this game known to be incompatible with it?

I have Freesync set to 'On' in the Crysis profile of Radeon Settings. If it matters, I'm running a RX 480 8GB with a AOC C24G1 monitor (144hz freesync) connected via DP1.2 cable. Any help would be much appreciated.

It doesn't work with G-Sync either. I get insane tearing and it's the only game that does that. This entire game just doesn't work anymore on Windows 10 and is completely broken. I gave up.

Yeah, I gave up on it as well. A shame.
Install Linux alongside Windows and: https://www.gog.com/forum/crysis_series/crysis_and_crysis_warhead_for_linux
How's freesync support on Linux?

Have you got any resources about how it works, what kind of set up it requires, what are the caveats?

Sorry, I do not own an X-sync monitor yet though I sure would love to.
