Questions are for both versions of Crusader.

Does this have widescreen support or will I have black bars on the sides?

If it does not have widescreen support, is there a way to make it stretch?

No widescreen support AFAIK.
If you don't want black bars go to the gamefolder and edit the Dosbox .conf file and make:

[render]
aspect=false

save and quit.
