I was wondering if anyone has a reference card/instruction page PDF with the default controller setup Crusader: No Remorse used for its PSX port. The reason I am looking for it is because I would like to setup my controller through xpadder for CNR, and I want to use the PSX scheme as a basis for it.

If someone has a good xpadder profile for CNR, all the better :)
