The mouse works in the sense that I can move the pointer but clicking on anything doesn't work. I uninstalled and turned User Access control down and reinstalled using Admin rights (I seen the is suggested else where) but problem still persists. Verifying the integrity shows no errors either

i5 2500K 3.3GHz, 8GB Ram, AMD Radeon 7970 GFX Card
