Does this game have achievements? Apparently, the Steam version has them.

No. Skimming through the Steam achievements, the optional things you need to do to 100% the game:

- Finn's sidequest boss at Araenu police station
- Dave's sidequest boss at Araenu arcade
- Psybe's sidequest boss at Rhomu abandoned lab
- Z'xorv's sidequest boss at Rhomu Zanzaran Mines
- Chahn's sidequest trial at Nuluup gunmancy shrine
- Defeat New Rhomu Temple superboss
- Defeat Nuluup Cave superboss
- Recruit 20 support members for your ship
- Win first battle on Super-Spy difficulty
