i wonder what shall i do, when i create 20 repairmans, and i bougt a estate, build there 3 houses, and i cannot buy the home repair kit. I mean i can send my tenant to collect, double glazed windows, computers, and so on, but where home repair toolkit must be (there is black window) what should i do, how to buy home repair kit?
