Just a repost of a problem from an earlier thread:
I played this a game a lot when I was a teen and never worked out what I was supposed to do about people complaining about the Dog escaping.
I even remember calling the hint line or something and being told I was supposed to put in a gate or something. But they don't exist. :/
Anyone know how to resolve this tenant complaint? Some of the tenant missions require you to build a doghouse on a tenant's property.
