it would seem that System 3 have decided to delay Constructor HD until April 2016. That's fine by me, I want the game to be in a good state and released in the best possible state rather than it being rushed.

I just find it a little odd that they just edited their post from July 2015 instead of notifying people about the delay. It was originally scheduled for Jan 29th 2016, but now the post has been edited to say April 2016. Again, a delay is fine...but given how quiet they have been about the project i would liked to have seen a proper update. Especially since they have taken the original game off of the GOG store.

99% of the time a delay means the game is a broken pile of mess that is unplayble, my hopes of a good stable constructor hd release have gone down the tubes

I see this in the announcement about April 2016 release (which is just a couple of weeks away):

"Constructor is planned for release on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, coming April 2016, with special pre-order limited edition boxes with selected retail partners."

I wonder who the "selected retail partners" are and what is special about the boxes (besides limited number of boxes printed. Come to think of it, they are always a limited number of boxes... they don't keep printing things forever! If those are only for preorder, you would think the "selected retail partners" would be pre-selling by now... I wonder if it will be delayed even more...

I think the project might be a huge dump they should have really tried making mob rule 3 or remake mob rule instead of constructor.

Am I the only one that is put off by the style of art in the posters? :( It seems like something from a indie game with no ressources.

The aesthetic was bad enough, but their facebook page isn't leaving me with any good impressions. Communication seems sparse yet the December 23rd facebook post STILL talks about a pre order campaign and 10 DLC buildings that was mentions back in August. All these delays, yet the focus seems to be on the pre order bonuses. To me, this is another way of saying "PLEASE OH PLEASE OH PLEASE GIVE US YOUR MONEY!!! If you do, we'll give you stuff that was supposed to be in the game to begin with"

*sigh*

So, it isn't coming to GOG? What a bummer.
