I love it, but have one problem: even after editing the conf file in entering the following under [mixer] - the sound doesn't change, but remains way too loud:

You can turn off the sound in the options menu, I turn it off every time I install the game. Granted the opening videos are not tied to that option. So if thats what you're looking for, sorry. What else can you edit in the that file. and what do you use to edit. Notepad++??
