Hi,
I built the shipyard in my capital. Everytime I want to change the next building Col crashes completely...

any Tips?!?

I have never experienced a crash with Colonization on any system.
Currently Win 10.
As long as you haven't modified anything, it's probably a corrupted save file.
Try an earlier save if possible or you may have to start over.

If you play a localized version, special characters not used in the English language are bound to crash the game at some point. I can only recommend playing the game in English.

@OP: are you playing in German?
