I am getting around 20 FPS ingame with a pretty decent computer.
NVidia Geforce GTX 960M, Intel i7 processor, 8GB Ram, Windows 10.

What should I do?

With a 960M, it sounds like you're on a laptop, are you sure you're using the 960M and not the Intel chip? Check the program settings in the NVidia control panel.
