I know GOG is always behind Steam, but is the DLC going to be available here as well?

Sad news. I really wanted to support the dev and buy here, but I refuse to pay for the DLC on Steam after this. Bad enough to keep GOG copies behind Steam for months, but pulling games from here is really disappointing, and something I can't support.
