What are the limitations for the slots per group? I keep getting the "Max Slots" message. I'm at like Group 4 now and probably have 13 slots filled for each section (offensive, armor, and the other?). I've gotten a few bonus slots but do you have to get bonus slots to be able to fill everything? I have like 2.5+ mil of unspent credits, not sure if I should just go ahead and buy different cars; I'd rather see how much money I need to fill out all the slots. (I'm on Easy of course)

Well the slots are dependable on how far you have gotten in the game the higher the group the more slots you can get.
And yes you need to find bonus slots to fill them. Some bonus slots fill it to the maximum i believe though not sure now.
Also i believe you can only get full slots at group 10 but not sure. And when you have space for APO you can simply buy the APO upgrades, additional free slots can not be bought.
For buy cars i usually only spend 1 million for a certain car since the latter group tend to have heavier and more armored cars.

you need to find the slots in specific levels. if you go to episode 2 without getting the ones from episode one you might be able to fill them by getting the episode 2 ones multiple times.
