Again Gog is throwing its customers into the deep to sink or swim with their Dosbox configurations, the cycles and mouse sensitivity was way too high and sound was laggy.
As usual download and copy paste it in your Cannon Fodder installation folder.
I added a shader (2xsai), change if you don't like it.
As for video output I only recommend overlay or ddraw to avoid glitchy music and soundeffects.
