Hey everyone, I've been unable to save in Call of Cthulhu Dark Corners of the Earth, just wondering if anyone has any help. Going up to that first eye does give the prompt, and it claims it's 'saving' but the list of saves remains empty. This also includes settings, which reset to default every time the game is launched.
I've messed around with date and time formats to no avail, along with disabling GoG Galaxy's overlays and cloud saving. I'm playing on Win10 64-bit PC.
Thanks in advance.

Do you have any non-standard characters in your Win username?

No I don't. One capital alphabetical letter followed by 4 lower case. I'll try to mess around with settings a bit more until something sticks. Thanks for the help though.
You have to save four times on the same saveslot. and compare the times and location to make sure it has saved correctly!

Were you able to save your game?
I have the same problem. I cannot save my game and only se 2 saves from 2010, from the last time i played thi game xD
I'm on Win 10 x64 too
We saw this in the original release of the game.
I can't remember but I think it was the date format that caused the issue.
Hey everyone I tracked down the solution to my problem.
An overzealous antivirus was blocking the access of the game to the place where save files are stored.
Thanks for the help anyway!
