Can you test the GOG version by setting resolution to the lowest or default and then to the highest supported and compare?

Well, I still can't pass the final escape scene without dying. Therefore I believe that this is not fixed...

Try to heal yourself on 100%
So does it or not?
I finished the whole game with widescreen fix just fine so I guess it's fixed. Managed to beat final escape in second try without issues.
