The save game data should be located in "%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Broken Sword 4": can you find anything there?

During the game, when I want to save my progress, pause the game and select the Save Game option on the Pause Menu. I don't create new save select the slot that says new save. The screen is empty.

The save repertory is right. I put a save game found in web but I don't load, the game doesn't find anything.

Did you install the game when you were logged in as administrator and play it when you are logged in without administrator rights?
At least WinXP had problems with this, don't know about newer versions.

I request the game support for help. I don't understand.

It is my antivirus which blocked the saving.
