For some reason, maybe an upgrade, BS2 doesn't start anymore, and it returns the following error:

SDL_GL_LoadLibrary(NULL) failed: Failed loading libGL.so.1

This library is in my system, both in 32 and 64 bit version, so the issue is elsewhere.
Any clue?

I'm not sure about this statement.

Which distro do you use?
Please, run the following command in the game's directory to check the libraries' dependencies:

ldd BS2Remastered_i386
(I haven't the game installed right now, so please double check the game's executable filename).

I had the same error message when trying to run the start.sh script.
When I go to the game/ subdir and launch direcly ./BS2Remastered_i386 the games seems to start. I only went till the start screen so I don't know if it breaks after that bu I suppose I'll know soon.
