ironicusername: dunno, I was kinda happy here was none because it made me feel both more creative and private while doing fun stuff in the game. plus this way my joy was not measured by any prerecusites. It feels a bit limiting and like there's nothing else to do in the game when achievements are collected
That's some backward logic you're using there against achievements. You can still do whatever you please in the game regardless of their existence, their completion is not mandatory. The achievements are there for those who want to use them, everyone else is free to ignore them.
Second of all, if achievements are implemented in the Steam version of the game, then they should be present in the GOG version as well, if not for anything else then for the sake of parity between the two platforms. You know, the whole
GOG customers being treated as second class citizens argument you should be aware of by now... There, I spelled it out for you, hope you can finally get it.
