Ok so it has been a while since I needed to bind keyboard strokes to my controller,
so I am not sure if joy2key was the best option I just remembered the program from years ago.
still I got it mostly set up with some jank.

The issues are as follows:

Had to put accept and back fuctions on the stick presses (minor but causes issues if you enter key config for some reason)

while I set move to both the right stick and dpad the right stick don't work as intended but dpad works perfect.
(this seems to be and issues with analog "gaps" I even tried setting diag inputs.. no luck)

I actually got aim working on the left stick with one issue I could only get it working 8 way as a button press... yeah..
so you can use it fine but you have to release and re-input one of the directions to change your aim. ( I did this by setting each direction to hold the mouse right button while emulating mouse movement)

So yeah.. not great but workable I mean playing it feels almost perfect on dpad just with jank aiming.

If anybody can help improve the set up that would be cool as I am not superversed in this still if you are interested here is the .cfg for joytokey
