For some reason, the resolution setting in the Options menu is empty for me (only shows the label and the arrows, but no values for the resolution). I can click the arrows, but nothing happens on confirming the settings, so the selections aren't just not visible, I actually cannot change the resolution.

Is anyone else seeing this, too?

To answer my own question; turned out it was a driver issue. After re-installation, I now can select between 1920x1080 and 1280x720.

Alternatively, you can change it via the ini file located in

Users\Your Username\AppData\Local\BloodstainedRotN\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor under gameusersettings
