As written in the topic, after 3hours of play without any problem, the game has started to freeze randomly.
There is no specific action and/or event which triggers the problem.

I load the savegame, enjoy a little the content, and randomly, after some time, it always freezes.

Anyone experiencing the same issue ?

Yup, it's happening to me too. I have no idea why. I've been playing for about 12 hours now and all of a sudden it starts getting a little stuttery. Even worse is when I go to a teleporter room, the whole computer locks up. This doesn't make any sense. I've had no problems at all for 12 hours and all of a sudden I basically can no longer play the game.

A guy from reddit suggested to go into the task manager then details, after that find the bloodstained exe, right click on it and then click "Set affinity" and only allow CPU 0 and CPU 2 to run, after that the game worked without freezes for me.

Thank you, this fixed freezes for me! I have dual CPUs, I set affinity to first 4 physical cores of first CPU. Thought my save file was messed up.

Apparently I solved the problem by:
- Setting full screen no-border
- Disabling VSYNC
- Disabling frame smoothing

From video options.

Hope it can help someone else!

Could you play for several hours without any freezes?

After changing those options, haven't met a single freeze anymore
