Is this a bug or is this with everyone lse as well? Starting "Farewell to arms" kicks me to the level "Welcome to your life" which is the first level of Plasma Pak (ep 6)

Gotta be a bug. Running NBlood personally, the episodes start normally.

Are you running it through just DOSBox or are you using GDX or NBlood?

Sorry for taking this long; yes its a DosBox, lauched via GOG Galaxy.

I have no idea how to fix it; every time i choose ep3 it does the same.

Check your blood.ini file. Episode3 should read as follows:
[Episode3]
CutSceneB=D:\movie\cs4.smk
CutWavB=D:\movie\cs4822m.wav
Title = Farewell to Arms
Map1 = e3m1
Map2 = e3m2
Map3 = e3m3
Map4 = e3m4
Map5 = e3m5
Map6 = e3m6
Map7 = e3m7
Map8 = e3m8
If that's right try the Mario cheat to see if it goes to the right place when you type "mario 3 1"

Seems like if I start the game from the scratch, then it goes to e3m1 "Ghost town". If it goes to demo, its always "welcome to your life".
