Game became unplayable. Uninstalled and re-installed ver. 1.9.10
Win 7 x64, C2D E6700, AMD R7 260x, Adr. 20.2.2.
What happened? Game used to run fine before.

Switched from DX11 to Vulkan, that helped to a certain degree. OpenGL 3.2 also is problematic.
