I like to recommend friends to play the game, but NBlood and Blood GDX are more accurate ports that play better in my experience. I have One Unit Whole Blood via GOG myself, so it's not something I have had to consider until that was no longer available for purchase. I can test it myself since I have Fresh Supply via Steam, just wondering if anyone knows off the bat.

According to the developer:
If you check out the Blood: Fresh Suppy install folder, aside from the file dates (those get lost in depot construction), they are in fact all the original files straight from a DOS One Unit Whole Blood install.
