Dear BOD followers,

I've re-installed this gorgeus game but... I cannot play it in any way: when I finish a level, most of the time the game stops to work, the charge bar (the red one) is fulled but I cannot do more than watch the screen frozen.

I ran my head against this very same issue for a week until I discovered the solution by complete accident.
Whenever you see a loading screen, quickly alt+tab out from the game and back in - for whatever reason the level loading works fine then.
I also updated PCGW article about this for future reference (cannot post the link for whatever reason but google it and you'll find it)
