Yeah maybe I missed something, but I think I've gone over everything I can. When I try to get Joey to cause a distraction so I can get Joann's Notebook, he just says "what can I do?" or something to that regard and then I can't select it again till I close out the game and restart.

I'm not sure if it's a glitch or if I may have missed something small, but I can't seem to progress because of this. If anyone can help I would be very grateful, thank you in advance.

Have you learned Joey's superpower yet? I use the term loosely, but there is one thing he can do. If you haven't learned it yet, go back to the apartment and have a chat with Joey.

Figured it out, thanks man...I completely missed that dialogue tree (not sure how).

I was just having this same trouble. I'm gonna check the dialogue tree in the apartment and then I'll try again.

BTW: What a lousy way to make the gamer get stuck.

Don't feel bad, it stumped me too. I had to look at a walk-through to see what I'd missed.

i'd gotten him to do it in Rosa's apartment, but didnt even dawn on me to use the phone to talk to him, one of those annoying moments of having it stuck in your head that you can't talk to him around people that you don't even think to try
