So, i tried a lot of things like creating a shortcut and adding commands like -32bit, -dx9, -windowed and i've also used the set launch options from steam and nothing worked.
I also messed around with the config ini and still nothing.
By not using the run as administrator, the game doesn't even open for me.
I've also bought the game on gog and I still have the same problem.
Any ideas?

EDIT: I'm trying to run this game on windows 10.
