I know for a fact that there was an extended version that I believe added more things following the conclusion of the original version. Does anyone know whether this is it?
Nevermind, it was apparently never released, although I could have sworn it was.

You may have been thinking of Bioware-Mythic's Paul Barnett finding the long lost Bioforge+(which was the extended edition) master along with many other Origin stuff in storage about one to two years back.

If you search "origin museum" and "bioforge plus", the guy behind origin museum (whose website is dead and is now squatted by a Japanese) says sometime in 2010 that Bioforge Plus is a still a grail. That is, it is not in the Origin stuff which was in storage.

yes but Paul Barnett actually said they had found Bioforge+ in the stuff that was in EA's storage. Now if it was the master or a unfinished early version who knows now Ultima 8 Lost Vale on the other hand is the holy grail, not because it was any good but because that will never be found, ever.

I searched for this for hours, and was unable to reach any conclusion other than it was suspected it was in the find, but was not actually found there in the long run.
