So I was doing everything to get the Schimmers in the coal barge, I gave the fishies to the merchant via dialogue, got only the 1500 envelope, when I talked to him afterwards I noticed that I was only 50 reputation blue money short, so I tried closing the dialogue with the bottom option to make things up later. But now the Sailor doesn't want to talk to me, I don't have any option to pay with either money or blue money, and the time is running out!!
