I really liked the game back when I got my hands on it, but never managed to finish it. I will buy it as soon as I can, but I'm curious about the expansion.
The original Battlezone had an one called The Red Odyssey, and I would like to know is it contained in the new release, will it come separately in a patch/DLC, or it is not planned/won't be remade?

No, The Red Odyssey is not included,.

HOWEVER, before justfied tears roll down your Hungarian face!

The Red Odyssey is announced to be coming out THIS SUMMER as DLC for BZ98 Redux,
It has been confirmed that there will also be a GOG release at the same time!

So the Chinese and the Black Dogs are coming.

The Red Odyssey is actually Battlezone's second expansion. The first - Battle Grounds - is being updated by the Heracles Brigade and will be delivered as a map pack in the near future :)
