Paradox are the ones that set the prices. They`re to blame.

It's not a scam. It's business. You don't need to buy it. Just play the base game. Scam is selling something and not delivering on it. In this case it may be an overprized expansion but not scam. Useless post!

Finally got it all downloaded but one problem my best company command will not loaded myy mechs or pilots in the mech bay everything else function and i am billed for all my mechs that should be avaiable for play in my monthly cost. Finally got it to load with my 4 assault mechs but hang and pilots not avaiable . Played my backup first start comapny and it loads.

Okay, got the update downloaded and installed, but where is UW? I paid for it in advance with the Mercenary pack but it only says that it is available when in game?

Having the same issue here. Mercenary edition, but no sign that UW is actually installed.

Are you folks on linux? The missing linux version of the patch and Urban Warfare are a known issue, apparently GoG takes some time to build the linux installers (as opposed to the windows/mac installers, which I guess are more automatic?). Mine appears to be fixed, at least. I will probably start a new Career mode to try it out.

Must have just been a distribution bug.
