WHen I reach the menu I get no response from the game.THe gold dot to select goes to the bottom and stays there;and I have to use Take panel to kill the game.

Open "dosboxBI1D2.conf" in the directory "...\Battle Isle Platinium\BI1D2" with a text editor of your choice.

Go to line 63 and change "cycles=max" to "cycles=auto".

Save "dosboxBI1D2.conf", start the game with the GOG.com shortcut, enjoy! :)

Same goes for the first data disk, Battle Isle Desert.
