Text self-explanatory.
Not officially. Only through modding. There's plenty of information about this via other topics. Feel free to check them out.

P.S. You can also do a google search for "Arkham Asylum PC gaming wiki". That site (pcgamingwiki) is a must-read, generally speaking. Every time when you plan to buy / play a PC game for the first time, always remember to visit that site. You can find many useful things in there, for various PC games. E.G. essential fixes / essential mods / graphics configuration via other ways / etc.
The PC Gaming Wiki has a download link to the Joker and Prey in the Darkness DLC files that were from the Mac OS X version of Arkham Asylum, so you'll need to download those files first and then extract them to the BmGame directory.

After that, you can either use the xdelta patch to create a modified ShippingPC-BmGame.exe to let you play as Joker and the other exclusive DLC. Alternatively, you can use a hex editor like HxD and do this:

Search for: 25 00 00 08 00 31 86 80
Replace with: 0D 00 00 08 00 89 86 80

I can verify the hex editing method works for me, not sure about the xdelta patch method though. That said, the Joker and Prey in the Darkness DLCs can be played in the GOG version just fine there.

Article on modding the PS3 DLCs can be found here (Removing : somehow fixes the link on GOG, how broken): https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Batman_Arkham_Asylum#Ex-exclusive_PS3_DLCs

I thought the same, but then I found it on the offset 012153C0, not 012153C6. So it works. c:
I am a complete noob and it took me to realize that there is a file called ShippingPC-BmGame.exe and another called ShippingPC-BmGame.exe.cat

With hidden extensions the ShippingPC-BmGame.exe.cat looks like the file that you want to edit but it is not.

Redwolf1524: How do you Enable the DLC
In PCGamingWiki are the files to download and enable the exclusive PS3 DLC. But I think it only works with the Steam and Epic version. Anyway, visit the site for more information.
