Hi Mappi.
The procedure to switch the audio/text language is as follows:
1. If you are launching the game through the GOG Galaxy client, you need to right click on the game's portrait, in your GOG Galaxy library.
In the drop down menu that appears, select the "Additional executables" category and left click on the "Language Selector" button.
Through the pop-up window that opens, you can switch the language for the game's audio and text.
2. If you are NOT launching the game through GOG Galaxy, you need to navigate to the folder where the game's files reside (named “Batman Arkham Knight”) and follow the folder path mentioned below:
"Batman Arkham Knight>Binaries>Win64".
There, you will find an executable file named "LanguageSelector.exe", through which you can switch the language for the game's audio and text.
Cheers.
DiSaMa: I imagine that no, but after what they say about "No mans sky" I prefer to ask
Does the game have denuvo?
I can confirm Mappi's info as accurate.
Denuvo anti-tamper software is not present in the GOG.com release.
Alas, the game does not seem to run considerably better, when releaved by Denuvo's notorious (alleged) performance drawbacks.
