Hi, everyone. I just got a new computer that uses Windows 8, so I'm pretty much reinstalling everything that I had on my old computer, including Baldur's Gate II. I downloaded the first two parts of the setup but I can't download the third. Whenever it's about to finish it says that the file can't be saved because of an unknown error. I downloaded the first Baldur's Gate without a single problem and many other games. This is really upsetting because Baldur's Gate II is one of my favorite games ever and I have an elven fighter/mage imported form the first game ready to go through the second part of the saga. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Send a support ticket for sure. Besides that, whenever I have issues with the browser, I use the GOG downloader and set the concurrent downloads setting to 1. That seems to solve all of my problems..

I hope you get it soon.
Try going to %localappdata%\GOG.com & deleting everything there.
Try installing .NET 3.5 , Win 8 comes with it, but I don't think it is installed by default.
Try turning off your antivirus software while you download.
