I think could be a nice read and make the game so much better.

Part of the charm of the game, for me, is that I can remember how was adventuring at the table, with my friends, using AD&D 2nd.

You walk a bit north: look a worg.
You walk a bit south: look a siren.
You move a leaf and.... look! A gnoll fortress!
Becoming rich by killing 100s of "villains"

You can buy the rulebooks again now too. They got re-released.

I still have more RPGs book that I can count, included full Rule Cyclopedia, AD&D 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 3.5...
