Tried it but couldn't get it to work properly, or I think so anyway. Perhaps it has problems with Linux. If it's terribly complex then it won't be up my alley anyway. I've just had a little fun editing a weapon, which was easy to do in NI, and won't need a powerful program for making scripts or NPC or areas or whatever differentiates DLTCEP from NI.
