In the originals, i used to get two rings of Wizardry on my mage main. Can this work in the Enhanced Edition as well? Mages are squishy and an upstart one has very few and limited spells, so this literally saved me! Also, where on earth can i find that third level mage spell, which makes you transparent?

Enhanced 1 works like original 2, with the same rules. You can't have 2 rings of wizardry stack their effect. But you can have 1 wizardry and 1 acuity. Also, Enhanced Editions balanced and fixed a plethora of things, so i recommend you playing 1EE like playing original 2, with this mindset.

The spell you mention is wraithform. In originals, only Edwin can have it in spellbook. In enhanced, you get it during the arena but if you export your character, you keep it for later use, too.

I seriously recommend you to stay off the Enhanced Edition, though. First they put the originals as "extras" next to them, removing them from the store. Second, you have to pay double price to get the package, even if you are only interested in originals themselves. And last but not least, EEs have many issues, most of them having to do with bugs, game stability, etc.

It depends on the trick.

Some tricks no longer work in the EE games. For instance, using multiple Projected Images in a Chain Contingency won't work, but that "fix" introduced an issue; you can't re-cast another Projected Image until the first one would have worn off (unless you hit the original caster with a dispel) (tested in Icewind Dale: EE, because that's the only EE I own, and the only one I plan to get). Similarly, Armor of Faith no longer stacks (IMO, I think that spell should stack, as otherwise it is pretty much worthless particularly at lower levels).

On the other hand, Polymorph Teleporting should still work, as it takes advantage of a quirk in the engine that can't easily be changed; if you don't fit after changing from a small form to a big form, you will be moved to the closest place you *do* fit, even if it's on the other side of a wall.

Also, I wouldn't be surprised if there are tricks that only work in the EEs.
