I can't exit BG:EE, I'm going to menu, choosing exit and exit to windows but i takes time, loading and loading... I click several times and there coming pop-up window which says: "Program not responding/working (dunno how it is in English, I've got Polish OS and the game), do you want to close it or wait until it will respond?" I click close and voila, the game is closed. You should do something about this, I'm worried one day my saves will be gone.

Try Alt+F4. Don't worry, it won't do anything with existing saves. Just try not to shut down the game while save is in progress. I don't know if you're using Galaxy, but BG EE supports cloud saves. You can always treat these as a backup in case anything happens with the saves on your computer.

Yeah I know about alt+f4 but this is not the point and not the way it should have been working.
Are you using Galaxy, GOG's client for games?
What is your operating system?
Have you done an uninstall/reinstall?

Actually it doesn't make much difference. Most games are prepared for Alt+F4 shutdown (Dark Souls series even do an exit save before they shutdown by using this combination). The saves are safe, so nothing can happen with them if you exit the game this way. Also before you potentially reinstall the game, you might want to try to verify game files through GOG Galaxy.

GoG Galaxy, always.

Windows 10 64 bit original

That won't help lol.

Try running the game directly from its installation folder, without Galaxy. Play a little and see if you are experiencing any of the problems you have with Galaxy.

Try disabling your anti-virus program.
Try disabling cloud-saves.

I believe we will have a better understanding of your situation if you try these individually.

I've got Idea - I will disable the game so there will be no problem. I found it's happening because of the problem with proper closing the program (which i described in other topic today).
