Greetings, looks like i'm the only one with this problem, because i didn't found anythig related to this problem so i'll try to explain as best as i can.

When i try try to play with the widescreen mod, or even with the unsupported resolution from the config program, i'm unable to reach the bottom and right part of the screen with the cursor, like i reached the edges of the monitor. This only occours when i'm in fullscreen mode.

I tried to change the monitor resolution, disable the DPI scaling, running with a single monitor, but looks like the problem occours only when i play on resoution higher than 800x600

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately i already found those topics, but they are not my case.

I' ll attach a screenshot that should clarify my problem

Basically i cannot reach past the marked parts because the cursor stop scrolling before them like the actual game window is smaller
(In the screen i'm playng with the BGT modification)

Baldur's Gate is not designed for dual monitors, so it sound like the problem lies there. You could try something like Dual Monitor Tools, but I can't attest to how effective that would be.

I thought the same, but disabling the second monitor didn't fix the problem

It's a long shot but that might be a corrupt installation problem. Have you tried

uninstall the game
delete everything inside the folder
reinstall the game

Also, please provide your system information like your operating system and GPU.
