The best comparison is Aurora's Shoes and Boots, specifically the component changing store prices. Since this mod is incompatible with the EE games (recently became a convert) I was hoping for an alternative but have so far not found anything, though I haven't checked every tweak pack. I love this mod because it makes money more realistic and rewarding. I just started playing my EE play through and I have way to much money already. Anything you guys use to adjust the economy? As a paladin lowering charisma is not an option.

The component you are talking of is GeN1e's store prices mod. You can download it from here, and you could try to install it directly or using the "Project Infinity" mod manager. However I haven't tried it myself so I can't tell you if it is compatible with EET (or even with the enhanced editions in general).

As an alternative you could install "The Tweaks Anthology", which contains a mod that changes effect of reputation on store prices: this may not be exactly what you are looking for, but it is definitely compatible with EET and it let you raise the store prices by eliminating the discounts you get when your reputation is high enough.
Here is the changelog:

Your reputation affects the prices of stores throughout the game; notably prices go down as reputation goes up and this component offers ways to change the mechanic. The original variant, Low Reputation Store Discount (Sabre, Richardson, Weimer), is unchanged: reputation values of 8-13 result in no discounts; items are sold at their original prices. Every point lower or higher than 8 or 13, respectively, gives the party a 5% discount. This reaches a maximum of 35% -- meaning that the party will only pay 65% of the item's original price -- at reputation values of 1 and 20.

Three new variants, courtesy of Luiz, remove the effect of reputation on storekeepers outright. The resulting prices can be set to 60%, 80%, or 100% of their listed values in general, but note that storekeepers will retain their original markups and buy discounts.
