As soon as I hit the scene in Waukeen's Promenade, the game just hangs. The visual effects and the NPCs walking around still function, but there's no dialog between Irenicus and the party. Pressing ESC brings up the scene where the Cowled Wizards appear, but still no dialog or means to progress to the rest of the game.

Windows 10, no mods added yet. Any suggestions?

Try reloading before exiting, and exit again.
Worst case scenario is to re-make the character (or export-import it) and re-do the dungeon.
